Policies

Prompt Payment:
Invoices are due upon receipt. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours of claiming an item, reach out to us. Sometimes invoices will go to spam/junk and have to be searched for. 

Prompt Pickup:
Items chosen for pickup will be placed in the pickup totes once payment has been made. Pickup is expected within 5 days of payment. Items not picked up after 14 days will be refunded and returned to inventory, unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping:
Orders requesting shipping will incur a shipping fee of $5 for one regular sized item, or $8 for two or more items. Bulky items like shoes or coats will also be $8. If you requested shipping and do not see a shipping fee on your invoice, please reach out to thescarletbelleboutique@gmail.com to let us know or your item won't be shipped. No international shipping.

Returns/Exchanges:
See returns/exchanges page. Any item marked at 50% off (or more) and all seasonal items will be final sale, no refunds/exchanges permitted.

Be Respectful:
The Scarlet Belle Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone initiating interactions deemed disrespectful or offensive to the staff or other shoppers. This includes hurtful, vulgar, or rude comments, as well as offensive posts on our social media outlets. Please be mindful that sensitive information may be shared during live sales and in comments on items and that information is NOT to be shared for any reason other than for invoicing purposes.

Claiming:
When claiming an item, leave the following in the comments section of the post you are claiming on:

  • product (if on a live sale, there will be a number or 'catch phrase' to use)
  • size
  • pickup or ship
  • email address for invoicing

During a live sale, some items will be 'hot, hot, hot' and claiming will go quickly. I will call out claims in the order that I see them on MY FEED. If you think your claims are not being seen, please comment 'ghosted' in the comments and someone will mention it to get my attention.

Giveaways:
Occasionally, there will be giveaways and contests to spark engagement. There is no purchase necessary for these giveaways, and it will generally be for store credit or a pre-designated prize pack.
